Amazing place
Publié le 11 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySuch a beautiful place. The house is much bigger than you would expect looking at the photos. The boat house house with the balcony by the lake is wonderful, we want to go back during fall to enjoy the view of the lake even more.

Séjour paisible dans la forêt avec emplacement paradisiaque sur le bord du Lac Meech

Publié le 18 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayLa maison est imposante et accueillante avec vue sur le superbe lac Meech. On y trouve tout le nécessaire pour un séjour parfait en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’abri à bateaux sur le lac avec sa salle de séjour et sa terrasse, offrant un point de vue imprenable sur le lac et un accès facile pour les baignades et escapades en kayak. Idéal pour séjour tranquille en famille. Les enfants (8 et 2 ans) se sont beaucoup amusés. Merci beaucoup Nancy pour la maison impeccable, les communications rapides et utiles, pour l’accueil attentif et courtois!

Quiet and dark
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at this location for two nights. It is a very large somewhat impersonal house that has a lot of amenities in it. It is fully stocked to have a party for a large group. We found it to be very dark and not really inviting but very well maintained and comfortable. It faces north and is not touched by sun so it's probably very good for a hot summer day. The best feature was the boat house which was lovely and very comfortable and has a lot of equipment so I just kayaks and children's toys etc. Lots of room for barbecues and parties.

Tulip Festival
Publié le 24 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came up for the tulip festival and wanted to experience the city of Ottawa but wanted to be away from city life for down time. This house was perfect for exactly that. With great proximity to Ottawa it was easy in and out. Once you arrive to the house it seems a world away. We did not here any sounds and rested well inside. The boat house area was wonderful. A visit to Old Chelsea is a must, with quaint shops and excellent food choices! Thank you for sharing this home with us.

Beautiful home!

The only downside was that there are about 40 stairs from the parking area to the front door, which was a bit tricky for my bad back and my daughter’s sore hip. So you should be in decent physical health for that. Otherwise it was a fabulous getaway, very relaxing.

Publié le 17 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property and the location exceeded our expectations. The property had everything we needed(kitchen supplies,bedding,etc.). The boathouse waterfront was perfect for relaxation, kayaking the lake, enjoying nature and enjoying meals outdoors. Would definitely return and highly recommend!!
