2 way lighting only working by the door. No anti-slip mat in the bath liked:- provision of soaps/shampoo. quietness.

Central & comfortable room

Hotel is a little dated & worn but very central. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Hotel is very central & would stay again.

Great option for a quick stay in the city. Rooms and beds were very big. There was a kettle, iron and ironing board in the room. Very close to loads of restaurants and bars, and very convenient to walk to Cheltenham city bits.

The airconditioning of room was not adequately indicated. Pillows were very hard and duvet was heavy not light and cosy. I felt overall there was not good value for money. Location was good.
