Chambre spacieuse et propre
Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres
Piscine bruyante, ressemblant plus à une piscine municipale qu’une piscine d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, impossibilité de se relaxer malgré la présence de 2 sauna et un jacuzzi.

Not so good. Work was being done near our room. There was a door to the outside near our room left open which made it cold. Furniture was being moved around and we heard people talking in the corridor outside our room early in the morning.

This is a perfectly located property to visit Cheltenham.
The facilities are great and the staff very welcoming.
The breakfast was fantastic!

The hotel and staff was exceptional my only concerns the night I stay was quite noisy as think weddings guests were staying also. So my room wasn’t soundproof as stated plus disturb twice by knocking on door by drunk guests at wrong door number. Apart from that I honestly enjoyed my stay .
