Bedroom was tiny (3rd floor) and lift was not working. Bed was uncomfortable too. Have stayed in other Malmaisons in the past and they were much much better.

Not Luxury, such a shame for the Name Brand.

Disappointed, luxury room but not clean, curtains didnt fit the windows , no TV remote, room 219, elevator broken, shame, was really looking forward to this stay. When i told the staff there were other guest complaining.

Absolutely horrific stay . The room was very tired and had multiple things wrong with it. There was a wedding on so the noise was horrific. The terraced area outside was dirty and gross. The whole hotel looks like it could do with an upgrade. Not worth the money paid. Night manager was not helpful and was smerking at me when we complained about the noise level. There didn't seem to be adequate staff for drinks and service was slow .

A well maintained hotel in a good location except that the lift wasn’t working which was inconvenient. The room was rather smaller than we would have expected. They don’t offer marmalade at breakfast - bizarre! The basin taps were strange and didn’t work well. We had to get someone to fix one of the taps as it wouldn’t turn off.
