Hôtel calme. Personnel à l'écoute et serviable . Chambre grande et propre . Les filles du petit déjeuner sont très attentives . J'ai passé un séjour très agréable , le parking était un plus .

A bit disappointing but ok

Very much a 3 star at best. As mentioned by others the grounds and general first impression from the outside is poor. The reception is nice enough as is the bar area but in between there are signs of worn out carpet. A pint of Madri is £6.75 (£5.60 with guest discount). We considered an ice bucket for a bottle of wine but they had ran out of buckets. In the room there isn't any fridge which was a disappointment - compounding the ice bucket problem. Very few power sockets of which none were by the bed. The bed was marked down one side and the pillows are very thin - definitely request extra in advance. The king size bed was quite comfortable. The bath and shower was good but the extendable magnifying mirror was missing a key part - the mirror! And no plug for the sink. The bedroom door needed a bit of a slam to close. The main plus point was the tv and its entertainment package - a cautionary note that any login details for Prime, Netflix etc are left usable by the next guest. Overall the hotel was ok but we said we'd probably not return.

We apologize for the worn carpets, lack of fridges, limited power sockets, and the issues with the mirror and sink plug in the bathroom. Very easy to find and convenient for M5/M4 and between Gloucester and Cheltenham and very friendly staff and value for money dining

The outside of this building leaves a lot to be desired. The car park is littered with rubbish and building materials. Once inside the staff were nice. The room itself was spacious and seemed clean. The bathroom area is dated however the sanitary items are a nice touch. Anytime someone used a tap in there room a very loud boiler fired up and was pretty loud. This was constant through the night. Breakfast seemed very expensive so we opted against it.
