La chambre était assez petite. Le petit déjeuner relativement sommaire (en fait pas de service de petit-déjeuner mais des vivres prévues à cet effet).
A 10:00, les clients se font "mettre dehors" par les nettoyeuses. Pas une minute supplémentaire, pas de possibilité de "négocier".

We are serviced apartments and breakfast is not included but we do provide a breakfast pack with basic provisions as a complimentary service.
With regards to late checkouts, this is not always guaranteed that we can offer this due to the levels of business. However, we will always accommodate the ability to checkout late if there is availability on the day for free.

Loved the stylish Italian design and the Amalfi Suite layout. It felt luxurious. It was also really centrally located just off thr high street. It was very comfortable.
We had a couple of basic cleaning issues, which were not corrected during the stay, which has resulted in us not giving 5⭐️ for everything.

Booking was easy and updates / information prior to the booking was good.
On the day we were waiting to check in, got a nice courtesy call giving us all the information we needed for our room and that the air con had been left on to cool the room.
We found the hotel easily enough and the apartment did not disappoint. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed / furniture was nice quality and comfortable.
Location was perfect and was a short walk to the brewery quarter and town centre.
Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was ideal; the apartment facilities were great; and it felt very safe with the front lobby. Just needed the curtain fixing in our apartment. Good communications prior to our arrival.

Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur Hotelsthere was a few things that let the property down in our opinion. dirty cups on arrival. doors ti bedroom needed re painting aa there are scratched whilst the sofa is fashionable its its not very comfortable and very low to the ground. my husband had to sit at the dinning table as he couldn't get out of the sofa.
bathroom was clean shame about the large boken tiles around the bathtub.
was good to have milk in the fridge on arrival.
didn't get entrance code till the morning we went and was told when i checked in it would arrive via email the day before. when i rang i could get an answer and was constantly being cut off
the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.
there was a lovely glass coffee table in front of sofa but we moved it so we didn't hurt our self walking through the apartment at night.
