HIKING AND ROUTES IN BIKES:
The Loir Valley by bike starts in the Sarthe at Ruillé-sur-Loir and will take you to Château-du-Loir via Chartre-sur-le-Loir, the Jasnières vineyards and the Coteaux du Loir.

For wine lovers, take the time to discover the wineries, the vineyards of the region and taste its wines and the famous Jasnières.

For lovers of swimming, Lake Varennes and its recreational site welcome you.

Near to TOURS (30 mn) with its numerous CASTLES OF the LOIRE to visit (AMBOISE, AZAY THE RIDEAU, CHENONCEAUX, CHAMBORD, VILLANDRY ...) and its famous gastronomy !!!

The house is a haven of peace in the middle of a 7500 m2 fully fenced garden.

You can go shopping 200 meters (2 minutes) to the grocery store located on the church square next to the post office.

Inside, you will have access to the whole part of the house:
- Sleeps: for 6 people (3 beds and 1 sofa bed).

- 1 living room / dining room of 48 M2 (with a sofa bed 160 x 200 very comfortable that can have 1 extra bed).
- 1 dining room with 10 seats.
- 1 fully equipped American kitchen of 11 m2.
- 1 large room of 18 m2 with a bed of 160 x 200 + 1 bed 90 x 190 on the ground + 1 fireside bed 90 x 190.
- 1 large bathroom (towels are provided).

Outside, you will enjoy a very large space!
Whether you prefer to lunch on the terrace and relax in the garden of 7500 m2 fenced, walk in the wooded paths in the area and contemplate the extent of the fields, the places are entirely up to you!
