nice hotel with super persons at the reception

great managers. all is done for the clients. very friendly. great rooms, hotel near the nature, with many animal every evening, it's a real pleasure to stay here !!!

Staff was good. Room was clean, but a bit narrow. I felt a bit expensive considering the overall quality.

The manager was extremely helpful accommodating the location of our room to parking to minimize walking. He also was very responsive to our questions about the property’s proximity to the fires in Oregon. We were there during the fire season.

A Little Gem near Crater Lake

Eagle Crater Lake Inn was a little gem on our road trip this year. The accommodations are basic, but clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great, and the innkeeper Christopher was wonderful! We loved our short stay and would definitely return.

The room was clean and comfortable. Needs updating. We were not able to access the internet. My cell could not pick up a signal when in the room but could when you stepped outside. Many rules posted to not do this or that or things would not work. You break anything, you pay.

Thanks for posting your review, Susan. We are sorry to hear that you felt they were too many signs posted in the room. Wish we could have been given an opportunity to explain them. I could mention some reasons why now. In the past we have had people used the towels to clean their shoes or even their vehicles: that's the reason why we ask through a sign to use them for the purpose they were put there (your body only) About "things would not work" we had to post a sign for the A/C unit so people will know how to operate it. The intention is to make it easier for you and us not bothering you going to your room to handle the unit. As far as the WIFI goes, we had bad weather and, in a way, this does create problems with the internet. We are located in a very remote place. We will continue having a clean and comfortable place for our guests. We appreciate you mention the things we have clarified for you.
