nice hotel with super persons at the reception

great managers. all is done for the clients. very friendly. great rooms, hotel near the nature, with many animal every evening, it's a real pleasure to stay here !!!

We stayed here on a road trip and it was the most comfortable bed of the whole week! Staff was really nice and the room was clean and peaceful. Would stay here again!

Chris, the manager was so friendly and helpful. He texted usin the morning to confirm the room and get an ETA. He welcomed us to the property, offered us free beverages in the social area, offered dining options and just made the visit feel personal. The rooms are aging and quite small, but remarkably clean with very little noise from the outside.

A basic place to stay for a night

An older motor lodge style hotel. Relatively convenient to Crater Lake - not many options close to the park. Not much atmosphere, but it got us through the night.

Nice staff. Christopher gave us an upgrade to 2 king size beds upon check in. He even recommended Taqueria Lupita next door for our dinner and it was very good. Clean facility.

This is quite literally the worst stay I had anywhere in my life. -Internet is so slow that it won't load anything and it was down half of the time. I let the management know and they pretty much replied 'it's a remote area, get used to it' and acted like none of us has ever heard of Starlink. -Tried to charge my card and say that I checked in before I even arrived. (Only found out after Expedia sent me an email) -Power went out the middle of the night and the heat woke me up. The power didn't come back until dawn the next day. There is no backup generation system whatsoever in an area prone to forest fires. -Room is dingy with cracked floors, walls and ceiling and I found spiders crawling on the floor. -TV can't load more than half of the channel saying it lost service. -They somehow had the audacity to ask for a "tip" for this kind of service at check in. I am not even sure how this is allowed to be posted on Expedia. How is this worth $239? This is beyond bad.

We understand that you feel this way for some reason. Only you know what really happen Mr. Zhou, As far as the payment goes, we showed you the information Expedia gave us and the credit card that did not exist (according to you). The power outage was not only in our hotel, but it was also in almost the whole Klamath County, and you were given this information. Likely, what you have experienced or claimed to have experience, does not come closer to reality. Try to have a pleasant trip next time and don't let anger or frustration take the best of you. You will be okay, sir.
