My stay was amazing, the staff is exceptional, polite and very accommodating. The manager went beyond my expectations and was also there to help me with daily excursions, translations and even helped me purchase a speaker last minute and have it shipped to the hotel in time for my daughters water polo game. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel.

I stained the hotel from 27th-31st August 2024. The swimming pool was full of kids all the time, looks like the pool had been turned into a children swimming school. In front check in desk area, staff members were try to sale their “Moon Cake” to you on your arrival. The “check in boy” told me that he can upgrade my room, but need to pay extra 480 Chinese RMB, then I can get free moon cake, but I need to transfer the money into his private WeChat account, required to add my private WeChat account with him. I think Hilton should look at that issues regarding the swimming pool usage and staff member education regarding privately sale goods to their customers. But hotel room is clean, lady cleaner is very friendly, other staff members were not too bad.

很不错的酒店,整洁干净,大堂有点小但是很别致。地点稍微偏点,但是去春熙路,太古里,宽窄巷,熊猫基地打车都很今和方便。早餐一般。酒店周边有7eleven,超市,小餐馆等。住宿中半夜对面房间出现很大的噪音,酒店解决,给我们升级到18豪华间,前台和门前的服务,尤其是大堂门前的服务生好热情,服务周到非常感谢大。

新且舒適的住宿

隔壁房間一直大聲喧嘩到凌晨兩點,正好我隔天又要要早起,不知道是否是隔音不太好還是對方真的太吵? 除此之外的環境設備都很好,被子很舒服,房間乾淨,連餐廳的菜色服務都很好,可惜沒素質的房客破壞了入住體驗

I recommend this hotel to others because it's located in a nice place in town in Chengdu and near the rail station, and nearby restaurants and shops. My stay was outstanding, the fitness center was great, with various amenities in there, and with a friendly receptionist there. The maids went the extra mile in cleaning, even wrapping up my plug cords for my iPads and phone, and the entire staff were very pleasant, courteous, and bilingual.
