Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Poor service
Publié le 8 juill. 2022 sur HotelsThe service was very poor. There were no towels in the bathroom when I checked in. Asked for a plate, spoon and knife to be sent to my room and it took them about an hour to deliver the plate and spoon and I never got the knife. this after repeated follow up. The room was good. Very clean and well maintained. Parking was convenient. Gym was really good.
