Hôtel confortable et bonne localisation

Pour : Son confort ,proche de l’aéroport,la proximité avec le centre commercial.
Contre : légère odeur de tabac dans la chambre
J'ai apprecié le confort et le calme de cet hotel,éloigné du bruit de la ciculation,la piscine est correcte sans plus.
Par contre ,j'ai trouvé le buffet de l'hotel horriblement cher par rapport aux plats proposés.

This is not a 5 star property, but it is rated as such on many sites. There is no air conditioning in the general area for floors 2nd above. So the moment you get out of the elevator, you feel the warm air and want to quickly get to your room. Breakfast is good.
We actually had 2 incidents where people knocked on our door and tried to enter (accidentally). The 2nd time, they did manage to open and enter. I had to complain to the Reception, and they said that they have taken it up with Security.

Chennai visit …. 5 ⭐️ stay 👍
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HotelsThis was a rushed trip to see friends and family after 8 years.The hotel was recommended due to location.Greenpark hotel and its staff did not disappoint.Clean,well maintained and the staff go out of their way to help. Special mention to the cleaning lady Karpagam and Sninan at reception.
Our days were busy with rushing and meeting friends in a short span of time.
The highlight is the impressive breakfast buffet- the variety and yummy selection of items. Included continental and local South Indian favourites. And I love my filter coffee.I started each day with 4 cups of this. Thank you to the whole team in the Tulip restaurant for their hard work.
Was a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
The only downside was that the pool was under maintenance and out of use for some of our stay … but a very small blip.

Usually stay here but this time my check in experience was very bad.
Booked king bed room was not available and was offered a twin room. On reaching the room I noticed some construction work just on opposite the door and had to request for another. Was made to wait for about half an hour when another receptionist arrived to give me the room.
