terriblement decu j avais reserve mais ils n avaient rien a mon nom j ai ete oblige de payer une deuxieme fois cela s est deja produit avec agoda precedemment je ne metterai plus les pieds et ils encaissent deux fois le prix

Bonsoir, Le point positif de l'hotel est le service "Navette Aéroport" Le point négatif: L'établissement se trouve dans un coin pas très sympa et les lieux ne sont pas propres. Le soit-disant "Restaurant" se trouve dans une petite salle avec des tables et chaises en plastiques. 3 hommes pour porter les bagages sur 5 mètres et nous ont soulé pour avoir des pourboires Ne pas se laisser attirer par le petit prix!!!!!!

Caring staff and Air-port shuttle are the only +. However, the property is not OK for so many reasons. No hot water in the bathroom. No dust bin. TV didn't work. AC is switched off while we were in, and I have to ask them to find why TV was off, then they turned it on.

Worst hotel in Hotels.com

Dont ever select this hotel . i have booked it through hotels.com and when i reached there midnight and submitted the booking details. but they are not agreeing the booking and they dont even have any clue about hotels.com. Luckily they have rooms and I have paid out of my pocket and stayed. they dont have manners or courtesy

Very bad experience the toilets are pathetic ... linen are not clean and has marks .... stafff tried to help.... but no use ..... on the whole VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I book and paid the hotel online but when I reach the hotel they refuse to give me the room saying that money was not deposit to their account and I had to pay double amount since it was late I couldn't search for other hotel. I hope you don't cheat other people in future.

Camping would be better

No one came to pick us up. In the dark, in a foreign country is not pleasant. Arrived at hotel and if I didn't have a print out, they didn't believe I had a booking. We had to wait for our room at 12.30am when were exhausted. When we got to our room, another couple was moving in to it so we had to wait for another. I requested 2 single beds as I went with my son, we got a double surprise surprise. I wanted to inform my husband we arrived safely and the free wifi that only works in the lobby didn't work. My phone died so I requested to use their phone and I was told no international calls. So I spent what little time I had not sleeping on a rock hard bed worried sick I couldn't notify family I was somewhat safe. I had to catch a taxi back to the airport at 6am to use a phone. The area around the hotel is disgusting and when we opened the door to our room, he vomited due to a smell in the hotel. Don't go!!!!! You have been warned!!!!

A decent stay with some problems.

When we reported to the hostel they actually said me there was no booking with my name instead i booked with hotels.com. they started telling me their hotel prices... which led to confusion..
