bon rapport qualité/prix à deux pas de l'aéroport

Bon rapport qualité/prix bien que la chambre soit de dimensions modestes. Pour une nuit elle nous a donné satisfaction. Le personnel était très aimable.

We stayed at this property for one night as my husband was flying back to the UK after a 8 day stay in Goa - I was staying in Chennai for work. One night was enough. The room was very dated, and smelt VERY strongly of moth balls. There clearly wasn't a great deal of attention to detail when cleaning lots of dusty corners, and some cobwebs when you look up. The only good thing about the room was it was spacious. That's about it. The main road which the hotel sits on did not feel safe. My husband and I ventured out to get some water and that's about it. The restaurant attached to the downstairs of the hotel did not look very sanitary although I can't speak for the restaurant inside the hotel as it was closed by the time we arrived. I would not stay here again. The hotel needs a massive overhaul and some better

Roaches and more Ok, the good parts first. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean, staff was pleasant. Overall the hotel has the potential to be acceptable. But. I was greeted by about a dozen roaches in this hotel room. Most of them were assembled in the bathroom as you will shortly understand (but hey, I literally just smacked one on the bed writing this review). The bathroom appears to have about twenty years of calcified water and soap scum accumulated on the sink, floors and shower stall. The drain next to the toilet had a wad of (presumably) human hair, amidst a gelatinous blob of growth fed from a dripping fixture. The roaches seemed to favor scurrying inside the toilet bowl. Frankly, It would take an entire day with abrasive cleaners to bring that bathroom into a proper state. The beaten wood furnishings in the room need a cleaning and go-over with something for all the years of scratches and dings, but it appears nobody has cared about any of this for a very long time. I avoided breakfast as I'm wondering how they keep the kitchen? Overall I'd say this isn't a problem with the cleaning staff but management that has been willing to let it get this way over a long time. Bugs and dirty rooms have been common complaints for the past years, and the managers reply on the reviews that they care, but nothing has been done - it's empty talk.

Not a good experience.

It was not a good experience. I checked in at 1 am . Was told room is ready . It was not I half used water bottle. Although bathroom amenities were kept but bathroom was not clean . The bathroom walls seem to have some permanent stops.Breakfast spread is ordinary. Takes time to refill. Left after waiting for a dish for sometime. In the morning the alley was not clean till 9 30 am and cleaning materials were lying next to the room .The floor was dirty .While leaving for the day I told this to the receptionist and he said my room and all wall be clean. At 5 pm the room was not cleaned. On complaining this was cleaned. It took them half hour to tea cattle in the room. The positive factor was air conditioning and hot water without difficulty and location near airport.Charging ₹4200 per night for this facility is too much. The rooms and services are worth ₹ 3000 max.
