Hotel staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Lots of little touches to make the stay more memorable, like the welcome with flower garland, tika and drink and the flower art in our room. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great fitness center with well working equipment. Surprisingly good place in Chennai, an oasis, especially given the noisy, polluted OMR location

Safe place for long stay,good room facilities including washing and kitchenette.
Staff are really friendly and attentive.
Rooms cleaned daily Merry was very good .Guest relations manager Mrs.Menon went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.Breakfast buffet was good and all staff on duty were helpful.
