This hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It doesn't really smell good, the sheets and pillows are dirty. The rooms smell really bad, however the reception staff are friendly. I do not recommend this establishment. I was in a hurry to leave him.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the condition of my room, in your 4-star establishment. The lack of cleanliness and ventilation has created an environment that is not only uncomfortable but also potentially hazardous to health, particularly considering the current global health situation. The room's uncleanliness is evident, with dirt, grime, and dust present throughout. Equally concerning is the lack of proper ventilation, leading to stagnant and uncomfortable air quality. This compromises both comfort and safety, potentially facilitating the spread of infections. I implore you to take immediate action to address these issues. A thorough cleaning and improvement of ventilation are essential. The well-being of your guests is at stake, and I urge your team to prioritize their health and safety. I will strongly not recommend this hotel to any new customers.
