HILTON Chenzhou is lousy

Flood in bathroom while taking shower, snacks given were in a square box with cling wrap, suggest do by new or unopen package type so that we know it is hygienic. Parking area is horrible small at the basement, we felt no security. Toilet bowl is not automatic flush, nowadays 3 stars also auto already. Bed is rough surface on bed sheet, not sure why? Shampoo, shower gel not nice to use.
