Beautiful hotel, but can you fix the temperature

Pour : Nice modern hotel with all the amenities.
Contre : Fix the temperature control in the rooms
Emplacement : Outside city center so location description is a bit misleading.
Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms. Bed are a bit stiff Western standards but comfortable. Temperature control in rooms is terrible. Could not change the mode so it was always on heat and room was hot. Had to open the window. This has been a consistent comment from other guest and it is disappointing it has not been fixed.
