I booked for 2wks but ended up staying there for 3days because of AC “issue” (it might not be hardware issue but rather a setting by the hotel not adjustable by residents). Complained to front desk but was told “our AC has no problem”. Breakfast was the same every day. Based on my colleagues recommendation, I moved to Schweizer Dorf (a nearby hotel), better room and service and breakfast.

This hotel need renovation

Second time being here, but still I am noticing hotel room conditions in general is not as good as I expected to be. For an instance, wall papers are lifting, damaged ,moldy and soiled. Tiles in toilet is damaged separating, requires inspection and need to be fixed.

침구 관리 심각하군요

늦은 저녁에 체크인하고 침대 이불위에서 잠이 들었어요 자다보니 에어컨 때문에 추워서 이불속으로 들어가려고 이불을 펼치니 피 묻은 자국이 있어서 놀랐네요 너무 피곤해서 반대쪽 이불 힌컨에 배만 기리고 잤습니다 체크아웃할 때 사진이랑 상황 설명하니 그럴리 없다는 반응으로 형식상 죄송하다 그럴리 없다고 설먕하시는데 기분은 상당히 안좋있습니다 평소 출장이 많아 신라스테이 자주 이용하는데 실망이네요 모텔두 아니고 참~~
