Posted Aug. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayHouse was lovely, Jeff & Jason the caretaker were great! Bonefish were very tricky & spooky but we caught lots of fish in the evening! Had a great 1/2 day with Walker Wong!

Great House and Owner
Posted May 11, 2024 on HomeAwayI went bonefish fishing with 2 friends and the house was perfect for us. Everything is new and very clean. The owner was wonderful to work with and communicated very well. The only limiting factor is the distance to dinner out. That is due the ongoing recovery from the hurricane in 2019. We prepared most meals in the cottage and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property!

A little piece of heaven
Posted Nov. 30, 2023 on HomeAwayWe loved our time here. The house is in great condition, clean and well cared for . It’s located in a quiet little neighborhood with many opportunities for viewing wildlife on the canal and just a short walk or boat ride to an incredible beach. We will be back!

Nice new construction home with easy access to ocean.
Posted Jun. 22, 2023 on HomeAwayI will stay here again. I was flying solo on a fishing trip this time but will bring my family back with me. Nice accommodations - all very new and good quality - bed was very comfortable. Perfect location to access the ocean (reefs and flats) via boat, paddle board or kayak (included with rental.) 25 minutes from all the action (restaurants and groceries) in Marsh Harbor (and ferries to the cays). Lots of conch on the flats for bait or eating.
I had some issues with power (the whole island, not just the house) while I was there but it was highly unusual and Jeff was very responsive and accommodating.

We loved that it was far from the crowds and busy parts of the island. Great snorkeling and fishing literally in the backyard!

Beachy, Turquoise Water Vibes
Posted Feb. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed at Jeff's place while we house/property hunted the area. We know Great Abaco well but had yet to stay in Casuarina. Absolutely loved the house! It was pristinely clean, well appointed and provided us ample space to stretch out. The direct canal access and use of kayaks was a super extra plus! And it was a pleasure to be in such close proximity to the sound and the beautiful ocean beach. Views did not disappoint, even a little. Location of the home allowed for the benefit of several winds - if the front was stale the back was breezy and vice versa. No seeums are almost always a hazard at any waterfront property in Abaco but we never found them a problem because of the duel access to winds. I am the girl that always gets bit - within seconds - and was able to spend mornings and nights sipping on one of the porches without needing any bug spray. Excellent stay - would be happy to visit this property again!

Posted May 2, 2022 on HomeAwayHouse is brand new and the craftsmanship is excellent! The view from the front porch is worth a million dollars. If you are looking for a true getaway and some the worlds best beaches this is it! House has everything you need except the food so you do not have to worry about a thing!
