Pool was closed it was dirty and the bed broke in the middle of night and I Landon the floor

We liked the location. The wifi was horrible no signal. We entered our room noticed the smoke alarm was laying on the table not connected. Air conditioning only one setting. Many signs of ceiling leaking. Bathroom fan didn't work. Beds not comfortable at all need replaced. Gutters stopped up allowed rain water to come on the deck. Not enough towels, two sets for three adults . We were told half of staff called out. Didn't receive extra towels untill the last night we stayed. Management were very nice and tried there best they should get a 10 star due to the overwhelming conditions they were put in . Would we stay at Drama Inn again when we come back to visit; probably not will look elsewhere.

The bed was horrible, two sets of box springs plus top matress the bed was too high and very uncomfortable. They charged for a jacuzzi tub that doesn’t work and by the looks hasn’t worked since the 80’s. The bathroom was very old the toilet seat was badly carved into. The carpet smelt like cat urine. They charge double what the room is worth. The staff member that did the check in has terrible customer service experience. I’ve stayed at this location before but will never stay here again.

The only complaint is this: the beds are hard, and none of us rested good because of it. Other than that, it was a pretty good. Nice view of the river from the shared balcony.

The property was close to event we were going to...The cosutomer service was not the greatest. The room was clean but you could tell they had water damaged on the walls. Shower needed fixing and the beds were very old...it needs remolded but guess price was not to high but thought it was high far the condition of the rooms
