Il s’agit d’un hôtel qui ne dispose pas de réception. Nous devions être contacté par mail plusieurs jours avant pour organiser notre arrivée. Sans nouvelle de leur part, nous leur avons adressé un mail qui est resté sans réponse. Nous avons été contraint de trouver un autre hôtel.

We respond to our guest, sorry you felt that way, all you had to do is call us. We are at 3800 in the mountains and have no wifi we offer No wifi so you knew it from the beginning.

The property was great. The Cabin was in great conditions minus 1 issue with the shower head that leaked but no big deal. The phone number for the host that I used from their site was met with no response to my message, but it was figured out either way. parking was kind of difficult (a truck with trailer takes up most of the space and makes it difficult to get into your assigned spot). I would stay again though.

After we paid for 3 nights in full, Panther Creek sold our cabin to another, then charged us a second time, and put us in a U-Haul that they call a tiny home. We arrived in the dark, trailer was dark. There were bugs, dirt, feces. A sheer curtain for a bathroom door, toilet not attached to floor, floor sticky, furniture filthy and greasy. Electrical outlets improperly installed, there is no code, apparently for human safety. Water was left in an appliance on counter from at least a month ago…we RAN out in AM and notified Panther Creek, explained, and proved to them that we paid in full. They tried to keep both sets of payments, as they have a no refunds policy. Ruined our trip. I have photos of the filth, how do I show others to help folks see this bait-and-switch and FECES on furniture and handrails. Horrifying. when traveling, we used to try to support Native run businesses, but lack of codes and laws will keep us from Cherokee, and all Native businesses in all future travels. A real shame, but hey, they can make their own rules. After months of badgering, we were able to get some resolution from PCC, but did they clean up, figuratively and literally? Don’t risk your travel $, please.

I LOVED THIS PROPERTY . VERY QUIET AND PEACEFUL LOVED SITTING ON THE BACK PORCH LISTENING TO THE CREEK FLOW THROUGH . ALL AROUND BEAUTIFUL PLACE . WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK .

I loved the place overall! I feel there should be another set of stairs at the other end of the cabin to make entering the 3rd cabin a lot less noisy for others staying.
