Upon checkin we were not told there would be no working room phone or refrigerator due to construction in the surrounding blocks. Our room also did NOT have a working deadbolt or latch. When trying to press the latch to the door, the door completely moved in the frame! Maintenance stated the entire door would need to be replaced. I had to go to the front desk three times for issues. The third time resulted in me reporting the unsafe door and asking for a manager because I felt I deserved a refund of some sort. I needed contact info and a percentage to be able to give to Travelocity. One front desk attendant had no clue and the other provided me with the manager’s card, but said I couldn’t speak to the manager and Travelocity would have to call.

Clean Hotel decent restaurant WiFi didn’t work for 2 days & indoor pool was closed carpet was wet first night

Very dirty floors not vacuumed or washed in the bathroom, food on floors and sticky bathroom floor

Pool was out of service. We chose because it had a pool. No complimentary coffee??? First for me. Restaurant closed roof leak. Lobby bathrooms out of service.
