Thank you for staying with us. I'm glad you were able to come to the area and enjoy the one night here. Austin, the owner, was incredibly hospitable. Everything went super smooth, rooms were clean and spacious and the backyard had a BBQ patio and a great variety of games all free to use!
Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful owner and a lovely child friendly inn

I recommend this inn HIGHLY to families, and with the baseball field (and bats and balls) it is a perfect accompaniment to a nearby Cooperstown HOF visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Thomas & family - I am so sorry I didn't see this earlier. Thank you for your kind words and I loved being able to play ball with your family and catch a few fireflies too. Your family has been one of the highlights of the summer and I love being close enough to Cooperstown for the baseball fan, breweries and wineries for those with mature taste buds, world-class Opera and art museums, and Glimmerglass State Park while also being far enough away to have some space for guests to enjoy, play, relax, and make memories. I hope to see you again one day. I appreciate the feedback and love knowing you would recommend my little piece of heaven to others. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner, Austin, was wonderful. He had tables all set up and breakfast ready in a relaxed setting. So many little touches...large windows with birds coming and going, plants on the tables and unique lamps, big back yard, and beautiful flowers. We would definitely stay here again. It was also very easy to meet and converse with other guests at breakfast.

Thank you, Bruce! I am sorry I didn't see this sooner but have been watching birds come and go all summer with great enthusiasm. It is wonderful to hear you enjoyed breakfast and meeting people. Meeting people with all different stories from all over is one of my favorite things about serving breakfast. I love watching people connect and share itineraries for others to try. I try to create a relaxed setting for all to feel welcome and am glad you felt that way too. Thank you for sharing that and leaving such high praise for your weekend stay at The Meadowlark Inn. The room was big and very clean and the bathroom was very big and the owner was very nice.

Comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Very friendly staff. Excellent waffles home made at breakfast by the owner!

It was lovely to have you and your family for a couple of nights. I'm glad you found the room to be comfortable and the waffles to be a good base to your beautiful pieces of artwork with fruits and berries making them extra special. While we didn't get to experience California weather during your stay, I am glad you were able to find some local things to do and most importantly spend time with your family.
