Was able to book last minute, the breakfast was delicious, checking in and out were both very quick and easy

Horrible, disgusting, gross room! The carpet was dirty, there were stains on the pullout sofa, the refrigerator was wobbly, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The towels were worn and there was no tissue in tissue box!! Never will we stay in this hotel again!!

I booked this hotel last min for a stay with my family which included my two toddler children. While the staff were polite upon entry the wait smelled steak. Not a pleasant clean smell but a musty odor. When we entered pass the lobby the halls were dark (bad lighting. Almost creepy) we opened the door to our room and at first glance it appeared clean but after a second look the furniture and room were not clean to my liking. The bathroom shower had visible signs of grime and mold. Again bad lighting in the shower area and the furniture had visible chips. The couch was stained. I walked out after 60 seconds. I asked for a full return of my money as I did not like that the room was not tidy. The GM quickly reversed my stay for a refund. I’ll be waiting for it to hit my account.
