Nice stay needs a few upgrades.
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay was nice, the check-in process went very smoothly, and staff was polite and fridendly. the breakfast was a plus and had a lot of options so it is wonderful for kids. my only complaint was that I had to change rooms due to the bed being uncomfortable. I do think they should look at some upgrades when it comes to that. They could also benefit from new carpet in the rooms.

Dogs and the elevators
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HotelsStaff was nice. However we almost got stuck in the elevators trying to go home. Also the hotel is dog friendly but guest didnt control dog kept tellin it sit and walmed away from it and then calling it and it ran through Breakfast room. The guest had to get children out of the way it was a mess. He apologized but my mom was upset we went back up and didn't enjoy Breakfast. I think some type of rules should be set about animal's.
