Nice hotel in a nice location

+ Hotel plaisant, service de qualité, bar et breakfast aussi, literie de grande qualité. Parking clientèle.
- chambre sur rue trop bruyante à mon goût, impossible d'éteindre les grosses led rouges de la télé et du décodeur en face du lit

Was given a free upgrade when i arrived which was lovely! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was the comfiest I've slept in!! Will definitely use this hotel again!

Loved it here, room was so nice, we did pay for an upgrade to a super king and it was worth it. Very clean. We went to the restaurant and had a lovely meal with a view. Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Fabulous stay
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis is the best hotel we have stayed in for some time. We were visiting Chester for the races so wanted somewhere near. We were not disappointed as it was less than 10 minutes walk to the race course gates, in fact our room overlooked a small part of the racecourse. We were able to check in slightly early and our room was great. Very light, spacious and clean. The bed was massive. It was super comfy and the air conditioning worked well. We had breakfast included and again what a lovely experience. We had a table by the window overlooking the racecourse. We were served at the table rather than it being the usual free for all buffet and there was a good choice. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again next time we visit Chester. The only slight niggle was when we arrived it was quite tricky finding the entrance to the car park as it wasn’t very well sign posted but it was a small thing and we soon forgot about it once we got in to the hotel.
