It was a glorious weekend and so we were able to use the first floor terrace. The cottage has all the comforts of home and Barbara and Neil clearly care about the cottage and their guests. Wonderful.

Charming cottage in great location

Home is walking distance to the Rows, Roman wall and ruins, beautiful parks and the train station. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the rooftop terrace overlooking the bridge and the river!

Wonderful stay at Riverbridge Cottage!!

The hosts, Neil and Barbara, were a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. Would definitely book again.

Excellent location
Publié le 21 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayRiverbridge cottage is a quaint, highly-decorated home. The owners have spared no expense in quality workmanship and decor. It is ideal for the special guest who is looking for a british experience. The reason for 4 stars is that each room is small and separate. We had difficulty finding space for personal items, luggage etc. However, a great location with easy access to all that Chester has to offer.

In reply, for an early Victorian quaint English character cottage, Riverbridge Cottage boasts a generously large interior featuring:- 3 good size separate double bedrooms with wardrobes / clothes hanging space, ground floor reception room with space to place luggage on arrival and 2 separate sitting / lounge rooms.
