L’hotel est superbe, les chambres spacieuses et tres confortables. Par contre, la nourriture est loin d’etre a la hauteur...ils arrivent meme a vous rater un spaghetti, c’est dire.

Our stay was very comfortable. Excellent service given to us. Caroline at the front desk was extremely helpful, polite.. she went above and beyond to answer our questions. My partner and I will definitely stay again. The facilities were very nice. Lots of character in the building itself and garden.. a luxury stay! Not really a negative point.. but maybe going forward there there could be more offers for key workers and nhs staff as the purpose of our-stay was related to work. Maybe also more offers with breakfast and food for people who are staying at the hotel. Kindest regards, Dr Bukhari.

Don't bother.

Not the best hotel to stay in, unprofessional at check in with manager discussing the electrics and, how much it will cost. Doesn't give the best impression. Chose hotel as needed a break from city and wanted to sit on terrace to enjoy surroundings, ended up in the car park on some random tables due to two weddings having the terrace exclusive. It needs to be advertised on website before you get there not when you check in and, be told. Last complain, the radiator kept making noises all night, considering its Summer, why ?? Wasn't a fan of Best Western before this stay but will be avoiding definitely in the future. Swimming, sauna and steam room small but at least it was the best thing about the stay.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay, very welcoming and was delighted to discover we had been provided with an upgrade to a junior suite. This is our second visit and sure we will return. We like Chester and this hotel is well located for the centre and shopping etc.
