Great location but improvement needed
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsGood location and friendly reception staff but housekeeping very poor. Did nothing other than make the bed. Rubbish not taken, nothing wiped down. Water not replenished (perk of superior room but had to ask reception ourselves each day). Room also very small for a ‘superior room’

Back for more
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsGood friendly check in, room clean and tidy. Bathroom needs some attention, towel rail fell to bits and there was no obvious extraction of steam. The room for us was too warm overnight. Breakfast good.

reception checked someone into our room when we where already in the room and issued keys to them we got a shock when they opened the bedroom door as did they,this raised a security issue for us.If we had not stsyed here many times we would have been very concerned and annoyed.
