For 3 out of 4 days we stayed there the air conditioning was not working and it was not good at all. I expected much more from a Marriott

Hey Wes,Sorry, that the room aircon did not work for you. Sincere apologies from our end. This is certainly not our level of comfort and service that we strive to provide our guests. Our Hotel runs on Climate control. Sorry if the room Air con could not be regulated due to that.We do hope to see you again. We do have steps in place to fix that moving forward .Thank You

Property ok although it wasn’t to my taste I would not stay here again.

A very cool hotel, gorgeous interior and we loved our family room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary drink on arrival and buffet breakfast. Directly beside Waitrose and a short walk into Chester city centre. Will definitely be back!
