We stayed here for a wedding recently! Our rooms were in the old side which is EXTREMELY tired and in need of refurbishment. The room was above the main entrance and very noisy due to this and the window being single glazed The room was also Baltic! I have never stayed anywhere as cold. I asked for a heater which was kindly delivered as our heating was not working. The breakfast was ok but we had to ask for butter, bread, repeatedly tea as no one came. The plates are minute too! So although it was ok…we were certainly not impressed.

On the contrary, I am pleased to hear that upon request, my colleague assisted with an additional heater for yourself which did help somewhat.Once again, we apologise that we did not maintain our usual high standard of service and we hope this won't be your overriding impression of our resort.Kind regards,Liam

Everything was spot on from start to finish. Only thing i was say if you could have facility in the ladies toiets for the time of the month . As i came on unexpectedly, i spoke to a member of staff behind the bar, he did everything he could to provide me with what i needed. I couldnt thank him enough. Thank you so much. To finish off our wonderful stay, the breakfast was absolutely beautiful, just what was needed. Would highly recommend this to everyone.

Lovely hotel, on entering reception it smelt and looked lovely. Bar and restaurant very modern, clean and comfortable. All staff very welcoming.
We booked a deluxe room which had a large bed which was very comfortable, sadly this was let down by the very uncomfortable pillows. Bathroom was modern with a ‘rain shower’ ( ladies remember a shower cap), only slight issue with mould around bottom of shower screen.
Overall a very nice hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Poor Attention To Detail

Not able to get into restaurant to eat for dinner, requested toiletries for room that never arrived, and billed £100 more than should have been - corrected when challenged, however had to request invoice to view before paying.
Beautifully aesthetic hotel, service and communication needs addressed!!
