Comfortable house with everything we needed

Georgina provided clear instructions and was easy to communicate.

House with a view

Earwigs infesting a basement bedroom window. Thankfully there was a can of Raid in a cupboard. Earwigs in the basement bathroom. Many of the couches and chairs quite worn out. One basement bedroom has no window.

The location was great. Spacious house. Great front deck. The beds could be replaced and interior could use an update but everything we needed was there.

Fantastic property located on Cabot trail close to all amenities with a pleasant view and a 20 minute drive to skyline trail. Definitely I would recommend this property for people visiting Cabot trail as this property is very big and spacious filled with all the necessary amenities to have a comfortable stay. The host is such a lovely person as they welcomed us with a homemade sweet and had a nice note to learn about the property and areas to visit in cape breton. I would recommend you to buy your own groceries and cook in the house as the food scene is not so great in that area. Instead of wasting money on eating something which is not worth, it’s way better to cook your own meal and have fun enjoying your vacation. The property is well equipped with all utensils and cutlery’s and one important point is you will not miss home.

Fabulous place to stay
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a great place to stay! It was spotless and well equipped with lots of utensils, towels, beach chairs and the beds were so comfortable. The home has plenty of room.The location was in walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were on a hiking challenge and what a way to end a busy day but to sit on the front deck and watch the most beautiful sunset. I speak for my group when I say we had the best time and enjoyed staying in this wonderful place Georgina was so quick to respond to any questions and gave lots of information about the home. Perfect weekend and hope to stay again. Thank you Georgina !!
