I saw two safety issues that are alarming; the smoke detector in my room was covered in plastic, and the outside door closest to my room was unlocked all night.

Posted Mar. 4, 2024 on HotelsService at the front desk was amazing. But the amazing-ness ended there. I was booked into a room that was not cleaned. Clerk was apologetic and eager to get me into another room. Bed was horrible in the new room, air did not work, but i was exhausted and didn't care at that point. Won't be staying again.
