Clean linens, simple

Easy check in- they left the key on the counter for us even though we got there by 8pm. Casual approach. The next day we gave her our passport info and it was all very laid back. We had booked twin beds but we’re given a double bed, so that was unfortunate but there was no one there to ask for a change so we just had to share. It was clean and comfortable.

Lovely stay

The place was nice and close to everything in town. The views from the town were lovely. The room is just right and had air conditioning. There was no one to check us in when we arrived but we got there eventually. The parking is right on site and free. The breakfast was good. Was very good vale for money.

For the price-point, it was good. The staff is great, the rooms are ok, the parking was very good, the free breakfast was a great addition. We would stay here again.

The area is very quiet and safe, there is usually no one around and it’s a great break from the city and sites. There is a great view across the street.

Great stay in Southern Tuscany

Great family run hotel, very much deserving of all the good reviews! My family and I only stayed for one night on July 10, and we wish we would have stayed longer. Definitely a hotel we would go back to. Gino, Lorenzo and all the staff were very welcoming and we felt right at home. The restaurant was also excellent, and more than worth it for the price! Delicious homemade comfort food, and plentiful! Clean rooms, excellent service and amazing food!! What more could anyone ask for?

Pontos positivos: diaria barata para região e estacionamento incluso. De resto, o hotel tem estrutura antiga, quartos sem vedação de som o que torna os quartos extremamente barulhentos. Colchao com molas velhas que rangem ao se virar. Toalhas de banho ruins. A proposta do hotel so é valida se a intencao for economizar

Tutto molto bene

Hotel molto carino e pulito, con personale gentile e disponibile. La camera era pulita, curata e silenziosa, dotata di condizionatore e tv. Vicino alle terme Theia e con comodita' di parcheggio. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente torneremo!
