Superbe séjour dans la province de Sienne
Publié le 12 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayMaison très spacieuse. Nous étions 6 adultes et aucun soucis d'espace. Magnifiquement située, à proximité des vignobles, de Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Sienna, ... Je recommande aussi un tour en vespa que l'on peut louer au centre historique de Chianciano.

Relaxing break
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAway3 generations of us stayed in this lovely tuscan villa. We had everything we needed. The host was fantastic. His son ( a chef) gave us a cookery lesson and a typical tuscan meal. The pool was very appreciated.
Its been a fantastic break in a house that could accommodate all 9 of us but still allow us to have space.

Great property
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a great location: very private, but very close to stores/etc. The pool is gorgeous. And I have never been at a place better equipped for glassware, dishes. Really appreciated the help (the horseback riding; the bikes). And the cooking class was really fantastic.

Extended family stay in Tuscany

Would not come back
Publié le 31 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayPhotos are very stylized. Makes the house look very bright and light. It is not. The house is dark. All the bedrooms are dark. When we arrived there was mould on all the showerheads and the washing machine. Towels were very old. The showers are ridiculously small and and a slight knock opened the door and water flooded out. Had a dishwasher but no soaps provided. Went to have a glass of wine and the first 3 glasses I pulled were dirty with lipstick stains. The outside pool area was a shambles. The fake grass carpet was lifted up everywhere, all the chairs were either upside down or flipped on their sides. No outdoor furniture was clean or ready to use. I had to wipe down the table and chairs myself so we could use them. It's a quiet area, but we found the house lacking in most areas, especially for the prices being charged and would never consider returning. Whoever posted the images representing the inside as having lots of natural light is falsely representing the property. Stayz should ask them to re-photograph with realistic images of the inside.

We don't understand the reason for such a review. The other guests that stayed in October 2023 where all happy about the property and have all posted good reviews and were especially happy about the cleanliness.
We absolutely dispute or criticism of the photographs (which we also consider outrageous).The photographs have been online since 2017 and no other guests has had any complaint in all those years (you can see a lot of reviews on the site), so it's your own idea but it's not shared by all the other guests that have stayed with us from 2017. The dozens of reviews received are proof that the photographs give an absolutely truthful view of the property. You rented the house for a few days at the end of October and naturally the sun began to set earlier and the weather was also cloudy and rainy. So the house may have seemed a little darker.
We apologize if things were not tidied up outside but before your arrival there was a heavy storm and there was no way to tidy up.
There have been very rainy and cold days and it was not possible to come to fix it (in some areas of Tuscany the rains at the end of October 2023 were so strong that they caused great damage and some people also died.....so it was not just a littlebit of rain). Unfortunalety we can't grant good weather.
The prices we ask are far from being luxury considering it's a property for 10....you have booked for 3 person, maybe better to book next time a smaller and cheaper house (the other 3 guests that have booked the property in October 2023 were all groups of 4-6 persons and all happy about the property as shown in the reviews).

Rural Area But Beautiful Setting

While it’s in a fairly rural area with extremely bumpy roads, the views from the pool are beautiful and the villa is in good shape. We also found some nice restaurants that were no more than 10 minutes away by car. One day we went on an e-bike tour guided by Andrea with Pastrimotors which was both fun and challenging given the hilly terrain. If you’re interested in visiting Montalcino, it’s about an hours drive.

Rustic Charm
Publié le 16 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayAn authentic home with lots of charm. The location was beautiful and was nice to have the pool. The beds were comfortable and lots of rooms. Very clean. The location is good; not far from the town and the Co-op grocery store to get extras; more tp, paper towels and coffee.
We had a wonderful time!
