Superbe Hôtel
Publié le 26 janv. 2019 sur HotelsHôtel magnifique et service fantastique seul bémol le bruit de l'école qui se trouve juste à côté de l’hôtel , pas d'armoire dans la chambre pour ranger ses affaires et les transats à l'ombre (difficile de comprendre pourquoi...)

Très bel hôtel

Les plus: superbe décoration, belle taille de chambre, sdb confortable avec baignoire et douche. Extérieur luxuriant avec une belle piscine en longueur.
Personnel souriant et avenant.
Le spa est 2 3 fois plus chère que l’extérieur mais le service et la propreté sont aux rdvs.
Les moins: notre chambre était à coté d´une ecole donc certains matins on se faisait gentiment reveiller par des braillements.
Le petit déjeuner est trop peu fourni, c’est dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Future Nice hotel, now in construction..

Pour : All people where trying there best to make us happy.
Contre : Charging me 10 USD for a lost plastic card for the door. I did never see that in all my traveling life. Might have done 10 000 hotels and more.
Emplacement : Nice location.
This hotel is really nice, but... still under construction. Everyday you will have workers all around. Construction. Paint, installation etc... but in couple month will be one of the nicer one in Chiang Mai. Location is good. Right in front of a great Temple.
All personal try to do there best to make the experience the best.
Breakfast need really be improve. Coffee was good first day. Second... Machine was not operant.
Some door sign are on the wrong side.
In the room I will change the pillow. Did really not like it.
Also in the room they install near the bed kind if control to control the light. But it's so bright that you have to put a pillow in front of it to hide it if you want to sleep.
Other improvement need. There is a router for the internet install on the ceiling of the room that have a green light flashing every 2-3 second. When time to sleep you better be zen.
But will be a great hotel with time.
Voilà.

Amazing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic location (with easy access to temples, Sunday night market just outside the door, and the old city), beautiful Thai ambiance, and attention to detail. Would highly recommend.
