Séjour agréable dans un bel hôtel intime et confortable. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel est au petit soin et à l’écoute de nos demandes. On a demandé à la réception des informations concernant une excursion et les disponibilités pour le lendemain et ils ont appelé aussitôt le tour opérateur pour réserver pour nous.
En général, nous sommes contentes de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est qualitatif comparé au prix. Nous le recommandons vivement à quiconque souhaitant séjourner dans le centre historique de Chiang Mai dans un hôtel au calme.

Perfect stay at Pastell
Publié le 30 janv. 2019 sur HotelsGreat hotel i would recommand it anytime. The rooms are amazing and the staff really friendly and helpful. Good price for what we got. The only thing is that the room doors are very noisy when they close so you can be awaken at night by people coming to their rooms.

The hotel was very cute and the staff was very kind. The location is pretty decent, not really in the hustling and bustling area of things but getting around using Bolt is pretty easy and inexpensive.

Pastell old town was a great stay! rooms are cute, clean and bed was comfy. The pool area was darling and a welcome break from the heat and sun. The breakfast place in front was also quite delicious.
