Very good and confortable hotel standing. Room is spacious but however it is dark, we had to use lighting all day long. Aircon is noisy and we can hear noise from other rooms and the street.
Location is good in the old city, not exceptional as you will need to walk or take transportation to visit any temple or be in the heartbeat of the city.
Breakfast was really disappointing. There are different menus but we still feel hungry with one menu. So we asked for an omelet and we were replied it is not included.
Personnel was nice but we felt sometimes that they would not try to completely enhance the experience.

Amazing property. What a great location. Made me feel like Mr miyagi from karate kid would walk out any minute. Amazing service. Great spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included in my package and was excellent. They made you feel special. We wanted to go to the night bazaar and a staff member drove us there. Snack and drinks in the lobby. 5 star service. Would absolutely recommend and will come back. Thank you for making Chiang Mai an amazing experience.

Staff was nice and the property was cozy. Was welcomed with a drink. There was this annoying dog barking late at night for the two nights during our stay. Moreover, I experienced terrible night terrors two nights in a row and I am pretty sure it has something to do with the place. If you don’t mind experiencing this, the stay was otherwise comfortable.

The women who checked us in and out was the absolute best. Please extend my warmest gratitude to her. I’m sorry I can’t recall her name. We checked in around seven and checked out around seven pm.
The restaurant and food were amazing. The bar staff was so friendly.
Our room was the best we have stayed at in Thailand. Just perfect.
Last but certainly not least we had a driver who drove us on a couple of errands. I cannot recall his name either, but he was so incredibly kind and courteous. Thank you so much for having us and I can’t wait to return.

Authentic boutique hotel, converted from colonial house, walking distance from all amenities of central old town, but also a haven or calm, bedrooms very well equipped, wonderful beds and bedding, and tastefully furnished, staff were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
