Perfect location with stunning scenery. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Excellent customer service, and all the necessary amenities were available. Great value for money and highly recommended!

Bien mais service à améliorer
Publié le 14 mars 2024 sur HotelsBel hôtel, beau et bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner, cependant 8 bains de soleil autour de la piscine pour un hôtel de cette taille, c’est vraiment dérisoire, d’autant plus que les gens réservent leur bain et que le personnel ne dit rien !
Si le service au petit déjeuner était cordial et professionnel, le service à l’accueil laissait à désirer…
Enfin, en tant que membre VIP gold, j’ai demandé un surclassement, le surclassement qui m’a été proposé était ridicule : chambre supérieure vue piscine vs chambre supérieure.
