This was an amazing hotel. The staff and facilities were impeccable and so well maintained. Our only issue was the breakfast. The food was not well prepared and the wait staff weren’t very pleasant. However, this would still be an option for us to stay again. Great location, within walking distance to the beach, the Magnificent Mile for shopping, and Navy Pier. Other than the only breakfast we had at the hotel, the stay was perfect!

Room was old, carpet stained, little hot water for shower…worst was Mariachi band practicing for a wedding reception down the hall.
