We had a package delivered to us in which the staff had received delivery. Simple ask was to change delivery address to our home which was not in IL, they promptly declined and our package of value over $500 was stolen:/ pretty trashy!! Will never stay here again!

Dear NikkiSorry, but not one has stole anything. When you called for the package we informed you to order for UPS/USPS pick-up and you said OK. Again you called back and said, one of your friend will come and pick up the package on Monday we said ok for that. Now also we've your package. You can set up for a pick up and we'll give them.

If you are traveling to Chicago, this is closer to OHare not midway. I booked it bc it said airport transfer… didn’t specify which one. So, I had fo get an Uber on a Friday night all by myself. P

Very nice and helpful staff, building inside and out could use a little TLC and freshening up. Would stay here again
