Seulement 2 serviettes pour un séjour de 5 nuits- pas de nettoyage de la chambre. Pauvres petits déjeuners sans variété.

Stayed in room 302 the room had bed bugs, wasn’t cleaned well, the hallway on the 3rd floor had a bad smell

Although this hotel is advertised as smoke-free, I got a strong smell of smoke when I got off the third floor elevator. Then, my room smelled like a lifetime smoker had camped out there for days. The person at the front desk tried to tell me the smell was carried in on smokers clothes. I argued that, and then he basically said he cannot keep people from smoking in the rooms. I canceled my reservation and went to an actual non-smoking hotel. When I opened my luggage, the smell had followed me and I had to do laundry to get rid of it. I ended up waisting lots of time and money dealing with this.
