Staff, rudest staff ever. Check in took 35 minutes. Handed my ID and a valid credit card from a valid bank a MasterCard, the front desk woman told me do you have a major credit card, I'm not the one to brag but the credit card I handed has an excellent credit line, she wouldn't take it, it was until I pulled out my Amex she changed a little her tone. Then after 15 minutes because the " system" she gave me a room under renovation, went back to the lobby another 20 minutes because of the system. She questioned me like I was committing fraud. I am a Platinum traveler on Expedia, I have never experienced this type of treatment. I would never recommend this hotel. Only reason I stayed was because it was snowing and I didn't want to drive under those conditions.

I enjoyed my quick stay at this property. We arrived late and the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was small but good. The area was quite walkable and while the room was tiny, it was a comfortable sleep. We were here in November and it was cold outside, but running the heater made the room too stuffy so we slept with the window open. I didn't hear anyone else in the hotel at all. Would stay here again.
