The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean Breakfast was good, area was also very clean.

Elecator very noisy. Sounded like the cables were about to break and kept waking me up. When i told the staff, they just said oh it just needs oiled smh. The rooms were not as nice as the reviews stated. Definitely shoulda stayed at the Holiday Inn for like another $15. Beds were not as comfortable as reviews stated either.

Best hotel in the area

This was my 2nd time staying here and overall I was satisfied, same as the first time. The only thing I can complain about is the alarm clock (room 201) went off both nights and it's complicated to figure out how to turn it off, and it was very loud, so the only thing I could do was unplug it. Also, the room keys randomly started malfunctioning after the first night, but it was resolved. Other than that, this hotel has nice upgraded rooms, so you will definitely be comfortable. Great parking. Friendly staff.
