The pool was not open on a very hot two night stay

It's ok, but nothing more

If you're looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay for one night before heading to the airport, this hotel is adequate. However, if you have higher expectations, you may want to consider other options. While some areas, like the reception, appear recently renovated, with updated carpets and light switches, the improvements feel mostly surface-level. Despite the receptionist's efforts to be helpful, the hotel seemed understaffed. There’s no music in the lobby, and little has been done to enhance the overall guest experience. I did notice a faint smell of marijuana, but it seemed limited to certain rooms, so it’s unlikely a frequent issue. Overall, I’d give it a 3/5—acceptable, but nothing exceptional.
