This custom built home is only 15 minutes to O’Hara in a beautiful stunning neighborhood sitting on a one acre of pristine property with very short walking distance to 7-Eleven,shopping. , grocery store and TopGolf all at the end of the street. Amazing lush surroundings outside allowing you to find true tranquility for family gatherings or weddings. Also available right outside your doors walking areas around the neighborhood pound that are breathtaking with amazing architecture of the homes in the area . The property has plenty of safe private parking comes with two grills and a outside industrial fan for the hot humid days.

This holiday home features 4 specious bedrooms, a huge state of the arts kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 4 bathrooms with a spa bath. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Great for a family vacation!
Our family had a wonderful experience! Fantastic location - safe and quiet neighborhood (feels very tucked away, we saw deer in the backyard and took peaceful walk/run around the area), close enough to walk to a restaurants/7-11, and close to the highway to travel in to the city! Great communication from Michael, very responsive. Layout was great for 3 families with spacious rooms, private bathrooms, and open layout. Very pleased with our visit!

Perfect home
It was a perfect location and plenty of space for family of 8 plus visiting friends. Mike was a great host and we got to enjoy some firewood he had set up for us to have a fire. Highly recommend! The description says 4 bathrooms and there are 3 bathrooms…the only discrepancy.

Stayed for a long weekend for a wedding. House was perfect for getting ready for heading out to events. Hosted a family gathering for brunch and nice kitchen, dining area and large backyard turned out to be better than expected for a place to relax, enjoy food and play in the yard. The property is in mostly great shape. The host - Mike - owns the place and is extremely helpful. We had a large group for a fantasy football draft. There's plenty of parking for 5+ vehicles, though it's single vehicle width at the exit of the driveway. The outdoor space is fantastic and surprisingly secluded considering the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the house has surround sound wired up throughout, and checking in and out were zero hassle.

Beautiful Home In A Beautiful Setting
We could not have a found a more beautiful home with a the most friendly host. This home is in a beautiful secluded neighbor giving you privacy while still being centrally located minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment attractions. Our host, Mike, greeted us upon arrival and is available to answer any of your questions. The house is very well stocked and ready for you to relax. The beautiful back yard had a play set and which my grandchildren enjoyed hours of fun.

We had an event at the Schaumburg convention center. This beautiful home is approximately a half mile walk from there. The house is large and comfortable for 6-8 people. The owner Mike is friendly and accommodating. We hope to return.

Woman’s Weekend
We stayed at Mike’s place for a annual Woman’s Weekend. The home was large and spacious and allowed us to talk, eat, talk, eat, talk, eat and play games!! We slept also, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Mike opened the house for us and graciously showed us around. We were close enough to go into Chicago one day, went to St. Thomas of Villanova and shopped at Woodfield. This home location is private but so close to amenities! We would definitely stay again!! Convenient location, clean, spacious home. Water heat inconsistent.
Home is spacious, a convenient location to the airport and other suburbs, clean, and has everyday essentials that are appreciated when traveling like full kitchen supplies, towels, soaps, and linens. There were a few things that were inconvenient during our stay: - the checkin/checkout process was not listed in the listing. If it was listed, we all could have saved time. - the warm/hot water in the house is not ideal. We ended up sharing 2/3 showers because the third bathroom with the tub was hit or miss with very cold water and lukewarm water if we ran the other facets ahead of time. - the fireplace had high gas levels, therefore, we kept it to a minimum to avoid carbon monoxide in house. The host/owner is responsive and offered his personal holiday decorations during our Christmas family stay.

Big Chill Weekend
Group of four couples from college (almost 40 years ago). Got stayed at the house and had a small reunion with the Chicago couples kids and grandkids. Great house for this event. Big house with plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Neat neighborhood to walk through. Mike is a great host.

Stay was good, and we like how near to restaurants, activities, and shopping the house is. Mike is nice and friendly. This location works for us because we need to have four bedrooms for our 5-day stays. Only wish dishwasher had worked. We had to wash and dry all the dishes used every day and on our last day the coffee pot didn't work.

This property was spectacular! Beautiful built and very spacious. Great for big groups and family’s events. We had 8 people and we felt like we had are own space.. we all had are own bathrooms, which we loved. Great place for cooking. The town it self was wonderful, everything that we need was less the 5,8,10 minutes away. ( Walmart, 7-Eleven, ALDIs the mall and great food places!!! ) Midway airport was 46 - 1hr away, ORD is 16-20min way .. Downtown is 35 - 49mins way… just make sure you give your self time to park. Parking can be crazy. Michael does live in property. Overall I would stay again.. he was a wonderful host.

Great location, beautiful house and yard
We rented the house for a wedding weekend so we could bring our dogs with us. The house is very big and comfortable, and it has a very private back yard which was great for the pups. The house is in a great location, easy to get to, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner Mike met us to give us the key, he couldn’t have been nicer. He lives in the basement (which has a separate entrance), so was easily available for any questions that came up. We would definitely stay here again if we had another event to attend in the area.
