I'm not sure why there was negative reviews about this hotel. This hotel was great! It's close to Michigan avenue, it's got some restaurants and bars nearby, it's got a very good mix of old and new. We would stay here anytime.

Very cool hotel!

Great experience! Clean and comfortable room. Excellent bed and very nice stand up shower. The design of the hotel has a modern, hip style to it, which I really really liked.

Wow....just wow

Omg!! Everything was wow!! The room, the staff, the amenities, etc. My partner and will always stay at this hotel as its close to everything and we just feel at home. We've already recommend the hotel to our friends and will try to be back later this year when the theatres open up

The elevators looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever—specifically the stainless steel at the bottom. The shower had mildew in the corners. The stainless steel next to the tv also was dirty and remotes sticky. The lady who checked us in didn’t even look like she worked there—didn’t appear to be in uniform and was eating. The fridge didn’t appear to work and toilet wasn’t working great. There were bursts of cold air coming from the vents? When the heat was on? Could have been the window but it felt like blowing air. It was very walkable to many things

Hard and confusing to get around. Had to go to the 9th floor to check in and then figure out the elevator to go above the 9th floor. Had to go through the Severance style of hall ways to get to our room. Hard to regulate the temperature in the room probably because of all the tile covering the floor. The room was small but the bathroom was large. The most convenient thing was that we were right next door to the theater and walking distance of many things.

Everyone was friendly but I found it pretty bad that parking is more expensive if it's validated and that you charge guests to check in early when you have rooms open and available.

We aren't sure why there was such negative reviews on those property. This property is awesome! There's restaurants, bars, and shopping all within walking distance. This hotel is very clean, modern, but holds onto some old-style feel. We recommend for sure!

Convenient to Theater District

Convenient location to Nederlander Theater. Just a few blocks walk from the Metra Station. They even watched our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city

I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, it isn’t a traditional hotel. You have to call the day before if you want your room cleaned and the hotel smells like mold. The rooms were big but they weren’t as cleaned. I am disappointed with my stay at this hotel
