The front desk staff was friendly & courteous. The room was impressive when you first walk in. I put stuff down and decided to start the shower. As I turned on the shower I saw bugs crawling out of the tub, on the wall. Then saw more bugs along the baseboards, then I looked by the door and more crawlers by the door. I packed my bags, walked to the front desk and checked out. Showed my photos & videos to the front desk staff. I told her I want my money back. She says email the manager and work with them. Never got a refund. I have photos & video to prove it. Never got a response from the manager. I will never stay here again. F- get an exterminator quickly. I’m not bringing bed bugs home with me.

Room was very congested with furniture. Nice to have the fridge and micro along with a great tv and a desk area along with a great mattress. However between the bed and the cabinet that held the fridge and micro was extremely close to the bed. Room was clean. Shower curtain smelled but when we spoke to staff, it was replaced right away.

Hotel does nothing about noise
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI was on the first floor, near the front desk & from 8pm to 12am there were kids screaming, running & playing down the halls. The next morning, I asked the manager, who had been there all night, do they just allow that ? She proceeded to say it was only until 11:30pm. No apology or anything.

I liked the convenience of where it was located and it’s reasonably priced. Complimentary breakfast is nice. But, the pillows are not comfortable because they’re thin, the tub had old dirty stains, and it didn’t feel as clean.
