Room was not clean.
The air conditioner was not working the first day.
The bedsheets were smelling.
The door to the washroom was so hard to open that some one had to push from outside to open it.
Will never stay there again

The WiFi was unsecured with no password. The hot water lasts about two minutes before it becomes lukewarm even if turned all the way to hot. Water pressure is poor. When I brought these things up the following morning they kindly offered to switch my room. I asked if that would fix any of the issues and they said likely not. I went down to the front desk the first night to inquire about the WiFi and no one was there. I waited for 5-10 minutes but no one showed up. On the bright side the air conditioner worked well.

Hello Jason, I believe you spoke with me regarding the issues mentioned. As promised when we spoke, I sent maintenance to your room immediately and at this time he changed the filter on the shower head and reset the wi-fi. I left notes at the front desk to promptly switch your room with assistance if you preferred a different room. I am happy to hear the room was nice and cool! Thank you for your feedback. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly on check-in and check out. Gave food recommendations and nearby stores for other goods.
Breakfast was a good, mix of proteins, toast, waffles, coffee, tea, etc.
Easy access to main roads to get to many major destinations.
