Upon arrival, the main lobby entrance reeked of strong marijuana, which permeated the hallway that led to my room. The room itself smelled like bleach and chlorine, and there was hair all over my bed. It was so disgusting I complained immediately and was moved to a room next door. The condition of the rooms was awful with dirty walls, a filthy couch, and dents and knicks on the walls and furniture. The tv kept shutting off. The shower water never ran hot and only ran cold forcing me to take a bath every night. No one ever changed my Linen or anything from housekeeping a single time that I was there aside from the *1* day I had a DND sign hanging on the outside of my door. The only good thing here was the staff who was pleasant, friendly and kind. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I checked in with no problem. When I got into my room to place extra clothing in the closet, a big cockroach was already living in there. Then I went to the front desk to request another room and the agent asked if I took a photo of the roach. Umm no call EcoLabs and gimme my new room. Then I asked for extra towel after leaving the pool and the desk agent didn’t want provide any. Ok cool. Then before bed, I requested extra bedding for the sleepover sofa and was denied again. This property was the worse I’ve ever seen
